Have not heard from King Solomon in a long time. Either he’s still looking for his rose colored glasses, or he’s one of the many brothers who have been suspended for Non-Payment of Dues.

Many hits yesterday from St. Clair Shores, Sterling Heights, Warren, Roseville, and New Baltimore.

Its great someone is looking to see if there are any updates. Would be nice if they left a comment or question.

I remember the interesting comments between King Solomon and Hiram awhile back.

Sure would be nice to hear from someone out there. I know someone from Roseville is looking in on the site.

Don’t be bashful, leave me a comment.

I still have many friends in the fraternity and would really like to hear what they are thinking.

Jason ~
I am a member of the OES (Order of the Eastern Star) located at Mt. Clemens Masonic Temple. I have only meet wonderful gentlemen who are members of the Mt. Clemens Lodge. Granted, Lyle Ballard is one of them (along with many members of his family) I am a transfer from another lodge in the area. I can tell you that in this life, we choose what the positives and negatives that we take from experiences…and truly “get out of it, what we put into it”. I would suggest you phone Lyle. All you have to do is “Ask one to be one”.

  1. Jason, sure there’s a lodge, but if it’s MASONRY you’re interested in, look elsewhere

    • Sure there is a Lodge in Mt. Clemens.
Phone Lyle Ballard at (586)784-9417 and ask him for a petition to join.

Tell him Fred from the web site sent you.

  1. King Solomon, we haven’t heard from you in a while. I imagine you’re still working on a reply. When you do reply, please clarify some things for us. Do you include the Secretary, Senior Deacon, Senior Warden and the Worshipful Master as “non-attenders”? Are you speaking of attendance at the regular communications, or the clandestine meetings where the REAL business of the lodge takes place?

Interesting how you achieve growth with a record number of Brothers at risk of suspension for non-payment of dues. If the problems of the lodge are so small that they can be handled, why aren’t they being handled? I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing outside interference by “non attenders”. By this description, I assume that you mean non Masons trying to interfere with your work. Otherwise, what you’re saying is that other Masons and even members of your own lodge should have no say in matters and are best kept in the dark unless they can be “attenders”. Which one of the noble tenets of our fraternity does this exemplify, wise Solomn?

  1. Brothers:
Dont believe all that you read. Come and witness this for yourself. Growth does not come without conflict in one form or another. Mt. Clemens is alive and well. Not without small problems, but nothing that they cannot handle amongst themselves without outside interference by non attenders. I still have my faith and wisdom that Mt. Clemens #6 is still and always be an outstanding lodge in this great fraternity.
